We love forming bonds with new patients, and we’re eagerly looking forward to your first visit to Limestone Dentistry. To make your first visit a success, we’ve prepared a summary of everything you should know about your first appointment and how you should prepare. Please call our dental office if there is anything on this page that you don’t understand or if there’s something you want to know that isn’t necessarily covered on this page.
Upon your arrival, we’ll give you a warm greeting, collect your paperwork, and answer any questions you have. One of our team members will escort you back to the treatment area, where we’ll take X-rays and examine the teeth to screen for common oral health issues. We encourage you to tell us about any pain or other unusual symptoms that you’ve noticed recently. After your teeth have been professionally cleaned, we can set up further appointments depending on what treatments are determined to be necessary.
Both new and existing patients need to fill out a number of forms before each appointment. We also require you to complete an informed consent form. All this paperwork can be downloaded using the links below; please complete them at home and bring them to our dental office with you.
